This is an exquisite mahogany side cabinet is from the Edwardian period. The quality of the inlays is exceptional by any standards with mythological beasts and birds intertwined with foliate decoration throughout and beautiful classical heads in the main panels. This is a substantially made piece of antique furniture with six bun feet and reeded columns supporting an undertier with a line inlaid back on which sits five cupboard, the end and centre glazed. Inside two of the doors are ivorine labels for T. Simpson & Sons, Cabinet Makers Halifax. The top has been re-polished due to fading which finishes off this whole piece which is in excellent condition with all locks working and with keys. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
