Superb practical piece of mid century storage by the czech maker up zavody and designed by frantisek mezulanik. Czech was a large producer of high quality mid century furniture following the surge of modernism originated by the bauhaus school. The left side of the cabinet features four small drawers, to the right sits a good sized cabinet with a central divide (internal dimensions 41l x 56/60w x 43h all cm with adjustable shelves as shown). The whole cabinet is beautifully made in a mix of sapele timber with birch contrasting. The cabinet sits on a beech base.
