The chest of drawers is part of the famous Universal series (U-450) designed in 1958 by Jiří Jiroutek for the Czechoslovak national company Interiér Praha. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
