A special edition by designer Oswald Vermaercke, associated with the V-Form Manufacture in Ghent, designed contemporary modern furniture for the new house in the 1950s. This version with sliding doors designed in black and white laminate gives a characteristic contemporary accent in that time with handles all made of brass. The three drawers are beautifully curved from plywood on the inside. The cabinet hangs, as it were, in the black lacquered basic frame. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
