The Afteroom Coat Stand & Hanger from Audo Copenhagen was designed by Afteroom, with Bauhaus and modernist principles guiding its form. Two slender poles rise from a flat circular base, each punctuated by cross-shaped hook arrangements with spherical nodes that lend the piece a minimal, graphic quality. It's constructed from a cast zinc alloy, welded steel, and a CNC-cut steel base plate, which provide stability and longevity. Eight evenly spaced hooks accommodate coats, scarves, and hats without making the stand feel cluttered or overworked.
