19th century oak turned stool from England with a newly upholstered seat in linen. The linen top has a decorative single welt surrounding the seat, which accentuates the turned buttons at the top of the legs at the corners of the frame. The frame of the stool is wonderfully hand turned and has simple turned legs, joined by hand turned barley twist stretchers for added design interest. The stool is supported on hand turned feet.
