Italian designer Piergiorgio Cazzaniga does with CTR what he is good at: making complex designs appear effortless.‎ The collection is characterised by a tube in powdercoated stainless steel that follows the outline of the chair in one continuous line.‎ The curves of the tube are bent in a corner of 90° and keep a round form which requires great mastery.‎ With a lightness of touch the open weave of the backrest appears to float unsuspended around the seat.‎ The weave is made of weather-resistant Tricord and gives extra support to the back.‎ The seat is upholstered with a water-repellent cushion which can be easily removed.‎ Materials: The frame consists of stainless steel tubular sections, powdercoated with an ultra-durable coating.‎ The back is woven from Tricord, a weather-resistant and environmentally friendly fibre based on polyolefin.‎ Colours: White frame with linen weave Wengé frame with linen weaveWengé frame with wengé weave
