Living in the northern Midwest and having grown up on a farm, I can appreciate the love of a perfect tool that helps you to accomplish your choirs, in a timely manner! I chuckled when I saw this “many times” repaired, old milking stool—the owner of which was determined NOT to give up on their favorite stool! I champion their efforts to replace legs and the reinforcement of a totally split seat—even the use of similar old barn-wood in the repair! What a great piece, it is very sturdy and weighs in at a whopping 4lbs.
