Mingx collection consists in a rich array of family members that harmoniously interact: chairs, stools and tables. This year, Grcic extends the Mingx collection to include a new set of tables and console tables in elegant oak finish. "Mingx" as a name clearly refers to the Ming dynasty that influenced development of the Chinese culture to the extent of making China the hub of Eastern trade. It's no coincidence that the seats are inspired by the archetype of ancient Chinese, originally made of wood: a chair, an armchair and low chair with armrests and leather seat matching the colour of the metal frame. Two stool options, one with backrest and one without, diversify the set of seats. Tables with black walnut tops and stainless steel tubular frames are also presented in a projecting version, like the desk and coffee table. Four colour options are available for the leather seat: bronze, black, grey and orange. Mingx collection is also available in outdoor version with quartzite or metal tabletops, chairs upholstered with outdoor fabrics and frames with a protective electrophoresis treatment.
