Papyri Stool In White Oak With Handwoven Danish Cord

Featuring a mortice and tenon frame and handwoven seat, the Papyri Stool is artisan-crafted from recyclable paper cord, and sustainably harvested white oak.The seat features a continuous run of Danish paper cord woven around "L Shaped Nails" in a traditional binder-cane method of warped pairs. The stool frame is constructed with floating tenon joinery and each leg is hand-sculpted with spoke shave and file for flowing transition between frame and seat. Each stool is made to order and finished with a 100% plant-based, hardwax-oil.
