Renaissance style stool with a leather seat stretched across an X-shaped frame. The nails used to fasten the seat to the base are flower shaped and the sides of the frame are sculpted. The feet and central joint of the stool have carved, stylized clovers. Very good condition, circa 1850. Dimension: L 57 cm, P 45 cm, H 52 cm.
