Italian space age orange plastic Rocchetto stools by Castiglioni for Kartell, 1970s Pair of Rocchetto stools in bright orange plastic. The structure has a sinuous shape: it's tightens in the middle and widens towards the base and seat. A black leather padded cushion is placed on the round seat. Produced by Kartell and designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1969. Good conditions, with several marks on the plastic. The leather cushions have holes on the sides. Measurements in cm 41 x 38.5 H. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
