Pair of spectacular Vienna Secession Causeuses or Gondola stools. The stools feature gondola shaped armrests done in black lacquer and a stunning geometric gold and black fabric. Made in Austria cca. 1910. The stools have been recently restored. They have been refinished and finished in black lacquer. Also they have been reupholstered to a fabric which is heavily inspired by the patterns from the Jugendstil and Vienna Secession era.
