A feature that would later distinguish all Alvar Aalto furnture--the L-bend wood leg--was first used in the now classic 1933 design of the Stool 60. Three of these sharply angled legs support a simple round seat. For its 80th anniversary, the Artek Stool 60 is available in the original natural birch (with or without a Black linoleum or White laminate seat), Black, Red, Gray or White.
