TAI is the first seating furniture by MAZANLI.‎ It is cut and welded from a single aluminium or steel plate by laser.‎ The silver uncoated as well as black and white powder-coated versions are made from aluminium.‎ However, there is also an exciting steel variant, with a very striking surface which is achieved by "bluing".‎ Bluing is a type of surface treatment that has been used for centuries to protect iron from rusting.‎ It creates a black layer but through which the colour spectrum that arises when steel is heated shimmers easily.‎ The seat cushion is then applied to the aluminium or steel base.‎ There are several velvet and felt variants for the seat cover to choose from.‎ The different seat cover variants can be taken from one of the pictures / the colour chart.‎
