Vent Stool

The Vent Stool from Fritz Hansen, named after the Danish word for "wait," was originally designed to accommodate leisurely art viewing in museums. Handmade in collaboration with a local workshop for the blind and sight-impaired, the Vent Stool exemplifies the harmony of form and function. The stool features a handwoven paper cord seat, designed by Danish/Swedish furniture designer Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm, offering beauty and comfort. At the same time, the slender steel frame adds a sleek, minimalist touch.
