Vent Stool

A steamlined stool with minimalistic Scandinavian design and classic textures.The Vent Stool was originally created to offer museum-goers a seat to take in surrounding artworks. Vent meaning wait in Danish, recalls the comfort of the handwoven paper cord seat and lightweight versatility of this organic stool. Produced in collaboration with Danish company Blindes Arbejde (Work by the blind) a socio-economic business employing and empowering blind and visually impaired individuals.Designed and manufactured in Denmark by Skagerak, a family-owned design company established in 1976.
