Contemporary Matlama French Backpack Carrier Bag - Medium. Contemporary black graphite grey carrier bag. Designed by Marina Richer in her workshop in La Rochelle. Made with the polypropylene mesh used in the manufacture of oyster bags. The mesh is used to store the spats (young oysters) to raise them, sometimes on the foreshore, sometimes in the basin. This mesh is therefore very light and extremely resistant. Handles are made from recycled PVC pipe (Texyloop process).
