Exquisite Gothic-style oak chest bench. This is a chest dating from the late 16th century, transformed into a bench in the 19th century. A very beautiful piece with an unusual size. The bench is decorated on its front and both sides with Gothic napkin-style panels. Beautiful wrought iron fittings and a wrought iron entrance add considerable character. In superb condition with a beautiful patina.
