Rare English Edwardian era sewing box with ebony and white inlays, two side compartments, large base compartment. Hinges solid and in working order, beautifully hand made, and in excellent condition. Sides open independently, close tightly, believed to be walnut construction. Nearly three feet wide fully opened as in photo. Dimensions shown are unit closed. Rather unique and interesting piece.
