Bringing together a naturalism inspired by Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro with an Art Nouveau inspiration, the 'Azulejo Box' series presents a collection of decorative ceramic containers. Topped with a lid embellished with a depiction of Pinheiro's large frog (1884 – 1905), the striking box is finished with a manually applied glaze and as such features its own unique characteristics.
