This is a rare Huntley and Palmers English Victorian Biscuit Tin. It is extremely rare and this tin is in wonderful condition. It retains its original paint and the sides are pressed to look like tooled leather. A similar tin is displayed in The Tin Research Institute in Middlesex, England. The collection of books depicted are bound by a tin, leather look , strap that holds them together. The top lifts open so that is still useable. The tin measures 67.5" long, 4.75" wide and 6.5" tall.
