Very unique large scale trunk with a hinged lid that features a hand carved scene of a festive evening of drinking and dancing...I was told it came from Germany, hence the “Octoberfest” scenario....very solid and heavy, perfect for blankets and linens at the foot of the bed or tucked under a window or in a niche for a unique, one of a kind window seat. It has been hand painted in a soft muted green with very light distressing.
