A truly American Southern piece, this rustic wooden pie safe features pierced tin inserts in the double doors and on the sides. Other features include two shelves, primitive hardware and wonderful old distressed blue paint. The nicks and scrapes and the slight warp at the top all attest to the many years it has cooled pies for the various owners. Structurally sound.
