An outstanding American Federal period tiger maple corner wash stand, New England, circa 1810. The wash stand is two tiered with a drawer on the bottom and a candle shelf in the top corner. With dramatic tiger maple and an old finish, probably original. The color is a rich, deep, honey brown. The legs are reeded and the stand is 41" high at the back by 24" wide at the front. There are a couple of repairs to the front of both shelves. There is also a chunk of wood missing on the back. Please see all photos. Guaranteed to be as described
