This chest of drawers was probably used in a pharmacy in the late 1700s or early 1800s to store herbs or other materials. It had undergone a complete renovation. It had all the drawers, but most of the handles were missing. Many of the drawers were damaged and had to be repaired or replaced, and then restored to their original condition with a patina paint. It was already worn before, it consisted of several colors, the front was painted many times, but this makes the furniture very beautiful and decorative. It used to consist of two parts horizontally, but they were put together because that's how it could stand in the past, and it had legs. This is of course removable, but perhaps it looks more shapely this way. There are old inscriptions on the sides of the drawers, materials, prices, etc. It is true that it is quite narrow furniture, but because of that it is also quite unique. The back is simple wood, reinforced to make it stable.
