Originally purchased in 2020 - never used. See description below from original listing: "Rare pair of 19th Century Chinese Qing Dynasty apothecary cabinets or herbal medicine chests. Each matching chest has 43 drawers and features an altar style scroll top case. The cabinets are supported by curved legs with decorative faux bamboo motif carvings. Each drawer is inscribed in Chinese with herbal content labels in gilt, and have a small brass metal pull. The drawers still have a multitude of fragrances in the wood and many have Chinese script on the sides of the drawers visible when pulled open. Each cabinet is heavy and substantial with a rich finish. Constructed with some mortise and tenon joinery."
