The Multileg Cabinet Ash 4 from BD Barcelona Design is a low, wide storage piece that balances disciplined composure above with sculptural ornament below. Designed by Jaime Hayon in 2006, the cabinet rests on a set of elaborately turned alder-wood legs in spiraled, beaded, and tapered forms, each selected from twelve possible configurations. The case is veneered in dyed ash with a matte interior finish, and the leg selection can be customized to significantly alter the piece's character.
