Large rectangular table cigar box with rounded sides in 925/1000 sterling Silver gold plated with translucent fired enamels on guilloche and hand engraving, with two-tone stripes on the lid. English Empire style George V, end of XIX Century. Dimensions cm. 18 x 24 x 4.5. Weight gr. 1555. Designed by Franco Salimbeni in 1988 and produced in the headquarters of the Salimbeni company with manual workmanship by talented artisan artists with a very thick slab and large reinforcements suitable for supporting numerous high-fire enameling firings at around 750 °<800° C.
