To perpetuate the memorable wooden boxes at fairs in Brazil, the architect and designer Tiago Curioni, a Brazilian based in Portugal, recreated the glass boxes, in a limited series of 30 units.Named as Quitandeira, it has a system of glass rulers, with beveled and cut edges and all the parts are joined as if they were made of wood. All measurements of the original box were kept in order to respect the history of the product, which is currently banned from being used in street fairs due to possible contamination of the food. All Quitandeiras boxes come with a certificate of authenticity and numbering and are shipped in wooden box packaging.Quitandeira was developed for the memorable Galeria Nicoli, the first signed design gallery in Brazil.
