Antique style claw arm legislative chair with five arm brass capped base and swivel-tilt mechanism. These fine chairs came out the historic Byron White Court House in downtown Denver, which is currently the seat of the United States Court of Appeals for the tenth circuit, and serves as the highest court in the land, under the United States Supreme Court. The building occupies an entire block downtown between Champa and Stout, 18th and 19th street, and is an incredible “old worlder”. The exterior is 100% clad in white “Yule” marble. As far as the chairs go they truly are a one of a kind find. We found nothing like them to exist, on any website, or platform Manufactured by Bernhardt, made in U.S.A., circa early 21st century. Piece dimensions: Interior seat dimensions are 22.5” at widest point, 19” between lower section of wooden armrest, and 16” inside to inside where chair seat meets the backrest.
