Preben Fabricius Jorgen Kastholm Fk6725 Chairs Set Kill 1964

Super large set of high back conference office chairs model FK6725 designed by Preben Fabricius and Jorgen Kastholm and manufactured by Kill International, Germany 1964. These so-called bird chairs have their original black leather seats, so they look fantastic in their original state, with a nice and normal patina from age and usage. But no mention worthy big damages, rips or tears. The cast aluminium tripod base is in good condition and this chair has 3 plastic saucer feet, it’s also possible to change these for wheels if wanted. But since the chair swivels on its base, wheels are not necessary. This chair is one of the most comfortable desk or office chairs and looks nice at almost every desk since this is a timeless design. This chair is one of the most recognizable designs by the duo Fabricius and Kastholm who designed an important oeuvre of mid-century modern chairs, tables and desks. Mainly for office use, but quality is what they stood for which is visible in these chairs which came out of a bank building and after several years of usage, still look this good.
