19th Century Aesthetic Movement Mantle Clock

Aesthetic movement mantle clock made in France in the late 19th century. The face is blue and white hand painted enamel centered over blue and white porcelain. The round case which is made of brass opens for cleaning. The inside has been converted to battery and works great.
