18th c. Delft vase now mounted as a lamp. Decorated all over with flower pattern called mille fleur with birds. Mimics Kangxi decoration - the West's attempt to copy Chinese porcelain. Bulbous shape is traditionally referred to as "knobble". Vase alone measures 10.25". Lamp overall is 19.5" tall (easily adjusted by using a different size harp). Minor loss of tin glaze enamel typical of these wares; restoration to break at the upper rim - see photos.
