Chinese Yongzheng porcelain jar decorated with five figures in famille rose glaze mounted as a lamp. The central figure is a scholar or teacher in pink robes surrounded by four boys wearing orange, green and blue robes and surrounded by precious objects. The reverse with bats in flight. Good condition. Measures 15 1/2" tall overall; porcelain 8" tall. Hand marked on the base with later export CHINA mark used c. 1900.
