1960s Gordon And Jane Martz Table Lamp M41 For Marshall Studios Gray White Blue

Chairish

$3,400

A highly collectable 1960s lamp designed by Jane and Gordon Martz of Marshall Studios in Veedersburg Indiana. These lamps are highly sought after and are showing up in designs all over the world. Blending sophistication and modern these lamps are sure to take your design to the next level. These lamps are hand formed and fired, which adds to their allure. This one must have had a bump in the kiln while firing and shows a subtle lean, however it does not affect the sturdiness of the lamp. A unique baby blue stripe with hand incised stripes offsets the white gray base. Original wiring with new shade and original finial. This table lamp would work well between organic sofas by Vladimir Kagan, or among works from other designers such as Robsjohn Gibbings, Tommi Parzinger, Edward Wormley, Etc. Dimensions: Ceramic body: 14.75” H x 5” diameter Overall: 27.75” H x 15” diameter Condition: Ceramic body shows very well, slight lean to the upper half of the body which occurred during forming. Free of cracks or chips. Original wiring with new shade and original finial. Shipping: This lamp will be shipped parcel and can be shipped to Paris or any other world wide destination.
