Mid Century Italian Glass ( Tronchi) that was made in Italy in cylinders. It was made in different sizes for lamps, chandeliers, and sconces. It had a very textured surface and was very popular. That's what these lamps are made out of. A lot of the glass for lamps during the sixties was made by Empoli and used in glass lighting, particularly cylinder shaped glass.
