A very simple yet dynamic Atomic Modern Rattan/Wicker basket weave "Chiminea" table Lamp design circa 1960. This is a very fine example of the Mid-Modern aesthetic of creating very pure and simple forms by using the natural frame "ribbing" abilities of thin reed-like rattan/wicker to realize a modernist sculpture. Manufactured of thin curved Rattan/Wicker and solid Brass top, all very well engineered and machined.
