Rare Danish studio pottery table lamp designed by Marianne Starck for Michael Andersen and Son, Bornholm. German-born Marianne Starck (1938–2007) was one of Denmark’s leading ceramic designers in the 20th century. She is most known for her time with the ”Michael Andersen & Son” factory. Marianne's artistry is represented at numerous museums in the Nordic countries. Signed with impressed marks and initialed MS in blue glaze underneath. Has been rewired for USA sockets.
