A white-toned iconic Panthella table lamp designed by Verner Panton and crafted by Louis Poulsen in the early 1970’s. The lamp's light source is hidden under a white dome supported by a trumpet-like base. When turned on, the lamp shade cast light downwards and diffuses from the shade's surface. The lamp is in original condition with small cracks on the plastic support bracket that holds up the dome. The bracket was glued by an earlier owner and is sufficiently strong to hold the light-weight dome. The lamp has a vintage US plug and turns on and off with the original switch. A manufacturer label is attached to the bottom of the lamp. Dimensions: 28” H X 19.5ʺ W X 19.5ʺ D.
