Very rare lamp made by The Western Reserve Lamp Works of Avon, Ohio. Active from 1992 to 2018. Company founded by Joe Quisenberry who hand turned the base and cap. Base is signed by him dated 1988. He has passed on. Not many examples of these there finely crafted lamps Has 3 way socket.
