This is a stunning Italian ceramic “Venus” Bitossi table lamp designed by Aldo Londi circa 1960s. It features a black wooden base, large ceramic body with the Venus symbol etched in throughout finished in a dark brown and dark green glaze. There is no shade but a nice brass finial tops this amazing lamp.
