An Antique (circa early 1900s) Arts & Crafts, Mission Table Lamp. The Lamp is made of bronze or brass and has a hand hammered finish; it is not signed that I can find but was made by a craftsman not an amateur. The metal has a great patina, it is slightly lighter than the photos depict. The Lamp is big and would work with a large or stained-glass shade.
