Antique French gilt-bronze table lamp, of twin-handled urn form with a mask in hight relief to either side in Neo-Classical style. The handles have Egyptian style flowers and the urns have women's faces on them. It is raised on a black base with original finial. This lamp dates to 1890-1920 and was converted from an antique gas oil lamp. Egyptian lamps were in style during 1890 and when King Tuts tomb was discovered in 1922. I think 1890 because of the fine detail in the bronze.
