A gourd shaped table lamp in tumbled thick and heavy grey smoke art glass. It is called ice flower (danish isblomst) and was designed by the kid-brother of arne bang, alias jacob eiler bang, in 1928. The pattern ice flower mimics the distinct effect of ice crystals - frost flowers. it is a bespoke/unique/of catalogue piece made at holmegaard glasværk in denmark during the late 1920s.
