Important Art Deco Wrought Iron Lamp with Butterfly Motifs and Floral Pressed Glass Dome – By Bartelemie, France, Circa 1925 An elegant and rare Art Deco lamp, crafted in France around 1925 by the ironwork artist Bartelemie, active in Marseille during the 1920s–1930s. This remarkable piece stands out for its: • Hammered wrought iron base, richly decorated with a floral and botanical motif, adorned with butterflies — emblematic of the Art Deco decorative vocabulary. • Champagne-colored pressed molded glass dome, delicately adorned with floral patterns, reminiscent of foxgloves, adding a poetic and refined touch to the whole.
