A compact Bauhaus-style table lamp produced in former Czechoslovakia during the 1930s. The design combines a tubular brass structure with a cylindrical opaline glass shade, reflecting the clean geometric forms associated with Central European functionalist lighting of the period. This piece features polished brass construction and softly diffused light through the opaline glass tube. Its restrained proportions make it suitable for bedside tables, shelving, desks, or reading corners. The lamp remains in very good vintage condition with light patina consistent with age and use. The electrical components have been checked and the lamp is fully functional. The surface has been polished and the wiring renewed.
