The Bellhop Rechargeable LED Table Lamp from FLOS originated from Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby's 2018 commission for the London Design Museum. The designers created this piece to address the need for portable museum lighting that maintained refined aesthetics. Their approach centered on the classic bell silhouette, reimagined through modern materials and rechargeable technology. Winner of the 2019 LIT Design Awards, the lamp features glossy polycarbonate construction with opaline injection-molded diffuser, offering 24-hour battery life and four-step dimming via simple push-button control.
