An excellent pair of Mid Century, 43" tall Japanese James Mont-style brass lamps etched with flowers and leaves. Original sockets with pulls, vintage tall brass harps. Newly made painted gloss black wood bases with felt pads to protect furniture. Two new brass finials. Two new white synthetic silk shades are included. Superb quality. Excellent condition - minor age wear, professionally U.S. rewired recently and in working condition. The professional who did the rewiring of these lamps recently, suggested to use the switches on the cords instead of the pulls due to their age. Japan, circa 1950s.
