The lamp is offered with a silk shade with silk inner-shade. René Houben is a renowned Dutch light designer. René has been designing unique lamp shades for more than 25 years. from colorful and exuberant to modest. For every extraordinary lamp base (carefully selected antique and vintage items), he designs an applicable shade. His custom made creations are unique because of his interesting use of form and color. They also stand out because of their indirect, soothing and intimate light. Houben is well known and loved by interior designers and decorators all-over Europe. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
